On a recent podcast interview for FINE IS A FOUR-LETTER WORD, I shared with the amazingly talented Lori Saitz (@Zen Rabbit) that my life and work used to thrive in chaos. Whenever there was chaos or a mess, that's when my best work happened. That should calm showed up in my life, it could only last for a few minutes before I needed my next fix.
After I did the internal (and emotional trauma healing) work, I saw more calm in my life and didn't know what to do with it and with myself. The oddest experience to date. I would try to self-sabotage or find chaos but it just wouldn't click! I'm still a student of calm.
